Shipping Policy

It really means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home, and I'm excited to ship artwork to you! As an art collector myself, I can tell you that art truly transforms your environment. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday seasons, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via katie@katieellenart.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at support@katieellenart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return or replacement. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
