I am so fortunate to gaze out at the Caribbean Sea every day, where I can imagine all of the life happening beneath the turquoise surface. As much as I love the tropics, my soul still connects with the cool greenish-grey waters of the Pacific, my childhood home. California sea lions were among my favorite creatures there, with their puppy-dog eyes and big personalities, I always wanted to wrap my arms around them and give them a big hug!
